These terms govern purchases on snuglittles.com, operated by Adesia SRL (company details at the end of this page). By placing an order on this store you agree to them.

Products

Snug Littles sells comfort and protection gear for babies and toddlers, intended for use during supervised play. Our products do not replace adult supervision.

Orders and payment

Prices are shown in US dollars. Payment is processed at checkout by Shopify Payments; we accept major credit and debit cards. Your order is confirmed by email once payment completes. We may cancel and refund an order if a product is unavailable or a listing contained an obvious error.

Shipping

We ship to the United States only, free of charge. Processing and delivery times are described in the Shipping Policy.

Returns and guarantee

Every order is covered by a 30-day money-back guarantee, described in the Return & Refund Policy. Statutory consumer rights are unaffected.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim arising from an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Intellectual property

All content on this store (the Snug Littles name, texts, images, logo, layout) is protected. Reproduction without permission is prohibited.
