Snug Littles is operated by Adesia SRL. This policy describes what we collect when you visit or buy from snuglittles.com and what we do with it.

What we collect

• Order information. When you buy, we receive your name, shipping address, email address, and the items you ordered. Payment details are handled entirely by Shopify Payments; we never see or store your card number.
• Basic usage data. Our hosting providers log standard technical data (IP address, browser type, pages visited) to keep the store running and secure.

What we use it for

• Fulfilling and shipping your order, and emailing you the confirmation and tracking number.
• Answering your support requests.
• If you start a checkout and leave, we may send a reminder email about your cart.

We do not sell or rent your personal information, and we do not send marketing newsletters.

Who processes it

• Shopify International Ltd (Victoria Buildings, 1-2 Haddington Road, Dublin 4, Ireland) hosts the checkout and order system.
• Vercel Inc. (440 N Barranca Ave #4133, Covina, CA 91723, USA) hosts the storefront.
• Our fulfillment partners receive only the name and address needed to deliver your package.

Your choices

You can ask us at any time to show you, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you. US state privacy laws (such as the CCPA) may give you additional rights; we honor such requests regardless of your state. Write to support@snuglittles.com and we will respond within 30 days.

Retention

Order records are kept as long as tax and accounting law requires, then deleted.
