30-day money-back guarantee. If you or your little one are not happy with your order, you have 30 days from delivery to get a full refund.

How it works

1. Email support@snuglittles.com with your order number and a line about what went wrong (a photo helps if the item arrived damaged).
2. We reply within 24 to 48 business hours with the return instructions. Items should be unused and in their original condition, except where the item arrived damaged or defective.
3. Once approved, the refund goes back to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.

Damaged or wrong items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or not what you ordered, we replace it or refund it in full, no return shipping required. Just send us a photo.

Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled free of charge until they ship. Once shipped, the 30-day guarantee above applies.
