Free shipping on every order, US only.

• Processing: orders are prepared within 1 to 2 business days.
• Delivery: typically 8 to 12 days after dispatch, tracked door to door.
• Tracking: you receive the tracking number by email as soon as your order ships. You can follow it any time via Track my order.
• Costs: none. No shipping fee, no surprise charges at delivery.

If your tracking has not updated for more than 10 days, or your order has not arrived within 20 days of the shipping email, write to support@snuglittles.com and we will chase it or make it right.
